My goal for each client is to teach you to listen to your body, and help you develop your own intuition for bringing your body to its optimal state of balance. Every body is different and every person’s food and lifestyle changes are individualized to meet his or her unique needs. Together we will make gradual dietary and lifestyle changes to either improve your current state of health or to prevent future health problems. I will serve as your personal advocate for living an energized and passionate life.
Through wellness coaching you can learn to increase vitality and energy, reduce stress, and create a greater sense of well-being. Together we will form an action plan that supports your overall health and enhances your life. Ultimately the goal is to allow you to “see” inside your own body and identify road blocks that keep you from fulfilling your greater
potential.

After your initial consultation, we’ll decide which program would be best to attain your health goals. Most clients start with 3 or 6 month programs and then do single appointments as needed.
